The Role

Reporting to the Executive Assistant / Facilities and Administration Manager, you’ll provide organisation-wide operational support across:

●       Facilities and property coordination across multiple regional sites

●       Procurement and supplier management

●       Fleet and asset management

●       Office systems and process improvement

●       Financial and operational administration

This is a highly visible, strategic role. You’ll be a trusted partner to General Managers, Service Delivery Leads, finance teams, and external suppliers.

What success looks like (year one):

  • Built trusted relationships as the central point of contact for facilities and operations
  • Standardised procurement across regions with measurable cost savings
  • Clear visibility of assets and inventory across all sites
  • Implemented 3–5 key processes improving consistency and efficiency
  • Service Delivery Leads report reduced admin burden

Essential Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Business Admin, Operations, Facilities Management, or related)
  • 3–5+ years in facilities coordination, business services, or operations (multi-site experience)
  • Proven experience managing suppliers, contracts, and service delivery
  • Real experience with procurement, expenditure monitoring, and cost management
  • Proven ability to implement and improve systems and processes
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Full, clean NZ driver’s licence
  • Legal rights to work in New Zealand
